Tara studied veterinary nursing at Sparsholt college and obtained her degree in veterinary nursing in 2013.

She then worked in a mixed animal practice for 2 years where she was able to gain experience and confidence working with a variety of animals, including exotics. She wanted to progress into the world of specialist level veterinary referral practice, so moved to a multi disciplinary referral centre in 2015 where she found her passion for anaesthesia and theatre nursing.

Tara joined Arthurs Veterinary Specialists in November 2021 to further develop her anaesthetic skills and spend more time doing anaesthesia; also to further her knowledge and experience of specialist level small animal orthopaedics including Total Hip Replacements.

Tara enjoys going to the gym in her spare time, seeing friends and exploring new cities.
